To begin, take the tomatoes, whash these under fresh water, cut in 2 parts, and wipe under the tomatoes to remove liquid with paper towel. Cut the tomatoes in small cubes, transfer these in a salad bowl. Cut the cheese in cubes and add it to the tomatoes. Then add in the bowl the olive oil, th grec yogurt, the soya sauce, and spices. Finish with avocados : cut these in small cubes, and spray wit the lime juice. Add it into he bowl, melt slowly for the avocados to stay in pieces and not become a purée! Put it into the refrigerator until serving. And if you have a little more time, you can make a mexicano-basque salad with spinach, corn, marinated pepper and piment d'Espelette.
